Meet The Team

Curtis A. Crandall, D.D.S.

Now practicing in Plano for 30 plus years, Dr. Crandall is passionate about helping people with their lives by restoring their dental health, improving their smiles and creating a comfortable experience. Dr. Crandall graduated with his Dental Degree from The Baylor College of Dentistry in 1989. (now known as Texas A&M College of Dentistry) Along with his Dental Degree, Dr. Crandall received his BBA from Central State University.  

Dr. Crandall still enjoys learning and believes in staying current on topics and procedures that can enhance his technique. In order to refine his skills, he regularly attends various continuing education courses. As a member in good standing with the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association and the Dallas County Dental Society, Dr. Crandall looks forward to helping each patient achieve great dental health and aesthetics.

Originally from Oklahoma City, Dr. Crandall moved to Dallas in 1982. Loving the Plano area, Dr. Crandall and his wife, Cindy, have remained transplanted Texans. They have one daughter, Christina.

Maggie

Registered Dental Hygienist

Maggie obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree/RDH from Oklahoma University. Hailing from McAlester, Oklahoma she has been practicing dental hygiene for over 30 years here! She feels the long-term relationships she has built with our patients has helped to build trust and as a result helped them obtain good oral health.

Along with being a world traveler, Maggie is an avid dog lover and enjoys learning about the investment world.

Lisa S

Registered Dental Hygienist

Growing up in Mesquite, Lisa received her Bachelor of Science Degree/RDH from UTHSC at San Antonio in 2005. After living in Austin for 10 years, she returned to the Dallas area in 2015. She has enjoyed learning about her patients, their families and establishing friendships with them.

One of our country girls, Lisa lives in Combine (near Kaufman). With her husband, Robert, she has 3 stepsons which she has helped raise. Lisa enjoys spending time with family, especially traveling and sightseeing. Arts and crafts and dance classes are also favorite hobbies.

Amanda

Registered Dental Hygienist

Some of you may remember Amanda when she was a part of our team assisting patients at the front desk! Leaving our practice to attend hygiene school, the stars have now aligned and Amanda is back with us as one of our hygienists! She graduated from Collin College's Dental Hygiene School in 2014.  Amanda is having fun reconnecting with our patients and is passionate about giving them the best care and education with kindness and compassion.

Amanda and her husband, Dustin, spend a lot of time and energy keeping up with their young son, Declan.  When the busyness of caring for Declan slows, she enjoys crafting and dabbling in photography.

Lisa H

Registered Dental Hygienist

While Lisa officially joined us in April 2024, she has been a Hygienist for over 30 years receiving her degree from Texas Woman’s University. Connecting with people and helping them improve their oral health is her greatest reward.

Moving to Texas in Junior High, Lisa was a military brat. Hanging out with family and visiting her grandkids is always at the top of her list of favorite things, but, she also enjoys being active outdoors by hiking and biking.

Deanne

Financial Coordinator

Deanne has been in the dental field since 1983, joining Dr. Crandall's practice in 1991. Though she primarily maintains the business end of the practice, she has helped our patients navigate insurance and scheduling appointments through these many years. Creating relationships and getting to know our patients is her favorite part of each and every day because they are extended family.

A native Texan, Deanne likes spending time with family (especially her grandkids!) and stays active by walking and playing with her two Mini-Australian Shepards, Smokey and Gracie. Deanne and her husband, Mike, enjoy attending various concerts, entertaining friends and traveling the U.S.

Stephanie

Registered Dental Assistant

Stephanie has been with our practice since 2014. She became interested in dentistry because of the joy she experiences in helping others. Working alongside Dr. Crandall, Stephanie works hard to educate and build strong relationships with our patients. Her fun spirit is infectious and spreads happiness to all those she encounters.

Growing up between time in California and Texas (in Wylie), Stephanie is passionate about living an optimistic, healthy lifestyle devoted to Jesus Christ. Stephanie and her husband, Eric, love to laugh, spend time with friends and their fur babies. (An Australian Shepard, Ruby, Black Lab, Ryder and two Calico cats, Cali & Haley) With her positive energy, she enjoys exercise, music, hiking, camping, kayaking and playing softball and pickleball with Eric. 

Cassidy

Registered Dental Assistant

With our office since 2023, Cassidy enjoys making people laugh and smile. She feels you never know what goes on in someone’s life so making them smile can not only help their day it also makes her day.

In time away from the office, Cassidy enjoys being in nature and hiking. She spends a lot of time with her two pups Bo Dylan (border collie/hound mix) and Nila May (border collie/aussie mix). Enjoying the little things in life and creating memories with friends and family are important to her.

McKenzie

Patient Coordinator

Joining our office in 2024, McKenzie grew up in the Lake Dallas area after moving here in 2016. While she holds an Associates of Marketing from Dallas College, McKenzie loves creating a fun and comfortable space for our patients.

Outside of office hours, McKenzie likes to check out different restaurants and go hiking with her rescue dog, Hallie.
